At the Maker Faire this Sunday on the Flickr bit of the Yahoo! stand (head for the Purple I guess). 2pm to 4pm is my shift, although I’ll be there someplace with Mrs Catt and the Kittens taking in the sights beforehand. We’ll be shooting people with neato Flickr branded Polaroid film, that I [heart].

I isn’t…

At Where 2.0 for the third year running. The last two years was because I was out of the country. This time it’s because I’m all over the shop in the next few weeks and there’s only so much time that it’s fair to leave the lovely Charlotte Catt in charge of the kittens for. Not so much the days themselves but the amount of preparation and afterwards stuff to deal with. Hopefully next year.

Although I do hope to have a slightly related project out by then :)

I Is…

At the UK hackday, where I’ll be talking about Machine Tags with Aaron. Of course I’m sure my bit will have a geo wonk, probably using continuously updated geo-located sacrificial photos as lightweight data-stores. And to answer any questions about using the Flickr API, Yahoo Maps API and whatever else to the best of my abilities. Oh and eating pizza!

At the Google Developer Day, I bundled this in with the rest of the Where 2.0 stuff so didn’t think about it too much. But I’ve thrown myself onto the waiting list and will wait to see what Eris has to say about it all. Thus I can be happy in the believe that it’s now all out of my hands and if anything happens then it’s a pleasant surprise.

Besides it’s no secret I [heart] Google Earth.
